RATES AND POLICIES:
Maximum six guests
Minimum 2-night rental
Nightly rate:
1 - 4 guests = $80.00 per night
Add $5.00 per each additional guest per night (up to six total)
Weekly rate:
1 - 4 guests = $400.00 (7 nights)
Add $25.00 for each additional guest per week (up to six total)
Payment and Cancellation policy:
Cash / Checks / Money orders accepted
Payment accepted at time of reservation and refundable (less $30.00 handling fee) up to 14 days prior to first day of reservation
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to first day of rental 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the first day of rental - no refund will be given.
Check in / check out times are flexible and established per guest
Usage policies:
No smoking inside cabin
No pets
No day visitors
No shooting of firearms, no fireworks including firecrackers
